The molten molecules suck into the high-speed hot air flow through the extruder. The melt polymer is spun out and spin ultra-fine fibers through the ultra-fine nozzle. It results fiber blown horizontally onto the roller or vertically onto the collector net. Ultra-fine fibers are piled up and compose into a superfine fiber network structure.
