We sincerely thank all friends who have expressed concern and care for us.

We would like to inform everyone that on the evening of October 2nd, a fire occurred at Wen Ho Industrial Co., Ltd., which affected the production capacity of some paper cup product lines. However, the production of other product lines, including masks and meltblown fabric, remains unaffected and operating normally. We kindly ask our customers not to worry, as all other production lines are still running smoothly and shipments are continuing as usual.

We also ask for your patience and support as we undertake repairs. Once the restoration is complete, we will continue to serve you with the highest quality.

Regarding the cause of the fire, our company is cooperating fully with the fire department’s investigation. We sincerely apologize to our customers and neighbors who were disturbed, and we deeply appreciate the firefighters, paramedics, and friends who came to assist and support us.
