To help foreign employees better understand their rights and local labor regulations in Taiwan, Wen Ho Industrial Co., Ltd. (Day Young Cup) recently partnered with the Ministry of Labor to hold a “Foreign Worker Employment Rights Awareness Seminar.” Professional instructors visited our facility to deliver multilingual presentations, ensuring that our foreign colleagues clearly understand their rights, responsibilities, and how to work safely and confidently in a supportive environment.

The seminar covered key topics such as:

• Work permits and employment regulations for foreign workers

• Labor contracts, working hours, and wage protection

• Residence and visa-related information

• Channels for assistance and filing complaints

• Everyday legal knowledge and case sharing
