• What is the country of origin for your products?
All products are made in Taiwan.
• Does your company have eco-friendly or biodegradable products?
All our products are eco-friendly. Plastic scraps are recycled and reused (made into egg cartons, cup holders). Paper scraps are sent to recycling vendors for de-lamination and remanufactured into products such as tissues and napkins. For biodegradable options, we offer PLA and aqueous-coated products that gradually decompose in water over time.
• What competitive advantages does your company have compared to mainland China?
We provide a one-stop, integrated production process. All products in the same order can be packed into one container for convenience. Our quality is stable and consistent, so there won’t be significant differences between shipments.
• Can you open special molds? What is the MOQ and cost?
Yes. The cost varies depending on the product mold required, so each quotation is different.
• What sizes and prices do you offer for double-wall insulated cups? Do you have BIO and regular PE versions for 8oz, 12oz, 16oz, and 20oz?
We provide PP coating, PE coating, and biodegradable coating options. Pricing is quoted separately.
• What material is used for paper straws? Are they biodegradable? Can they be custom printed? What is the MOQ? Can length be customized?
Our paper straws are made entirely of paper with no plastic. Food-grade rice-based adhesive is used. For outer packaging, custom printing requires a minimum of 30,000 units, allowing up to two colors (0.01 TWD per piece per color). Straw length can be customized with minimum quantity requirements. For straw color customization, the MOQ is 100,000 pieces, limited to single-color printing.
• We cannot import by ourselves. Do you have local agents?
Yes, we can recommend local agents.
• What is the sealing quality of the new paper lids? Can they match plastic lids?
Paper lids seal as well as plastic lids. Our paper straws have been sold to the US and Japan and tested to last at least 4 hours without decomposing or curling.
• What is your recycling process?
Plastic cups are crushed and recycled into egg cartons and cup holders. Paper scraps are sent to vendors who remove PE coatings and recycle materials into products like tissues and napkins.
• Can we modify products? For example, adding compartments in fruit plastic containers?
Yes, modifications are possible for large orders. Modification fees for molds and machinery will be quoted.
• How many times can plastic cups be reused?
For food safety, single use is recommended.
• Do you have products made from recycled raw materials?
Taiwan regulations restrict use of recycled materials in food packaging, so products are typically disposable. Upon request, we can source certified RPET materials and provide pricing accordingly.
• How long can paper straws be stored? What temperature can they withstand?
Generally, paper straws can last 4 hours. SGS heat resistance test: 60°C for 1 hour.
• How long does it take for water-based coatings / PLA products to decompose? Do they require special treatment?
Water-based coatings can be recycled with paper and do not require special treatment. PLA decomposes in about 180 days under industrial composting conditions (specific temperature and humidity with microbial action).
• Do paper lids have coatings?
Yes. They have water-based coatings for heat and cold resistance.
• Are ship-shaped boxes coated?
No, they do not have coatings.
• Can PET cups be sealed with film?
Use PET sealing film for PET cups, or matching films with the same material properties (e.g., PP cup with PP film).
• Can cups with 90mm and 95mm diameters be used on the same sealing machine?
The sealing ring must be changed accordingly.
• Are 10oz double-wall coffee cups available?
They are currently under development.
• Can the products be microwaved?
Microwaving is not recommended. It may be safe under certain power and time settings, but not guaranteed.
• Is kraft paper more expensive than white cardboard?
Yes, kraft paper raw materials cost more.
