2023 Chicago International Food Show – NRA Show | May 20–23, 2023

Hosted by the National Restaurant Association, the NRA Show 2023 is the largest foodservice industry exhibition in the United States, held at McCormick Place in Chicago. With a long and prestigious history dating back to 1919, this year marks the 104th edition of the show. The Association has over 500,000 members, primarily consisting of restaurant operators, including both chain and independent businesses. Members also include foodservice associations from all 50 U.S. states and over 100 renowned hotels nationwide.
